The location was magnificent, really close to the shopping area and the center of the most picturesque place in Istanbul-Tuzla. We were given a double room with a balcony upon arrival.

Charming and great hotel with nice decoration. Varied and delicious breakfasts, with real Turkish tea. Great and brilliant location right by the airport, the battlefields, and the largest aquarium of Turkey.

Value for money (not at the listed prices, but at the prices via Booked.net).Friendly and helpfull staff, usefull as local restaurants' English is poor. New Hotel located by the sea side with excellent restaurants, better value than Istanbul city when visiting Gebze customers.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. Chatto-type building, nice designed rooms and lobby, full of light atrium inside the building. Good breakfast. The hotel is near the sea bank (second line), nice park with sport facilities across the street along the sea bank. Great location - far from noisy Istanbul (50 min by bus to Kadikoy) and near the center of little and cosy town of Tuzla.
It would be great if there is a space aroud the building. They have only parking and terrace, the rest is 10m around. But it didn't really bother us during the staying - nice park along the sea side is in two steps.

I asked for a double room, it was silent and quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated to have access to a handy kitchenette;)))

I was expecting non-smoking rooms (as indicated on your site) and was given the choice of two rooms that were left over and both stank heavily of tobacco. I could save the situation by sleeping with the windows open in outside temperatures around freezing. After one night with open windows, the tobacco smell cleared a lot.
